hey tex try using feathers instead of vanes. it would help with the crappy arrow flight due to vane contact. should increase accuracy as well

Looks as if arrow #2 had a bad leave due to your bow hand droping too soon, but hell its like you said your still learning that sling bow. stay with it, none of us ever picked up perferct form straight out of the gate with a bow, and im sure from the looks of it the sling bow is a alot less forgiving than a recurve or long bow.

not bad performance anyway, is there a way to get a longer band for a spear gun, to maybe bring the draw length back a little farther, that may help too

I think the arrow flight is not very good, maybe you could improve the slingshot shooting horizontally. hope that helps a little to improve accuracy. see you :-)
