McGuffie is a top back and will most likely be in the nfl, almost 4 sure. He is a true freshman starting for michigan for cryin out loud. & Brownlee's a PRETTY good division 3 level back or a so so D2 level back & not even a gamebreaker there. He could NEVER make or play on a D1AA squad, FORGET about D1A. He's not all american, or even REMOTELY close, he wasn't even ranked in the top COUPLE HUNDRED high school backs in the nation even as a senior. And that is a FACT. Go to RIVALS or SCOUT & see.

Sportsandmusicman, yes he can play ball, but he's not within a million miles of where a few think he is. He's not within 80 miles of all american. He's a pretty good D3 or a so-so D2 back. Not bad, but miles below the TOP. He wasn't rated in the top 200 in the nation, by Rivals Or Scout. There were probably 20 backs better in VA alone. Your right, most on here couldn't tackle him, but most if not all of us couldn't play D3 ball either. Good as he is, backs like him are a dime for about 3 dozen.

McGuffie is better, no doubt. This looks like a 2A or 3A school. McGuffie goes to Cy-Fair, which is a 5A school. Not taking anything away from this kid but the people he plays suck, and if he were on the 5A level he wouldn't be able to do half the stuff McGuffie does.

You can't compare the two because of the competition. Brownlee should be a safety and also return punts/kicks in college. He'll get destroyed in college if he stays as a running back.

Brownlee is an ok back, but he couldn't even DREAM of getting a D1 scholarship. Va-Tech? West Virginia? Are you kidding me??? Where is he playing? Those schools don't even let people walk on who weren't even ranked top 200 in the nation or if u have less than 2-3 stars, he had None. He's not even PLAYING college ball is he? He'll eventually end up on a D2 team, if not a D3 team, & he'll be a solid player for a small school but no star. If he got all those offers where does, or will he play?

This guy is playing in something worse than a junior high school field by Texas standards and those defenders are not the same athleticism as Texas 5A. JB looks clumsy too.
