Those 4 are killers against Zangief. But I find Cammy the most dangerous, she just spams that Spiral arrow move and your screwed.

@ZhangHe2369 The other three are Dhalsim, Guile, and Chun-Li, in that order. Maybe Claw but I've seen enough good Zangiefs beat excellent Claws to give me pause on that.
