No,Not all laptops can do that.If it has a gaming videocard maybe.Because if it is not a gaming laptop, the video card would be soldered to the mother board which you have to change the motherboard in order to fix the videocard.

Unfortunatelly, far less than a half. Integrated graphics (like all previous Intel's up to GMA4500, SiS Mirage, Via Chrome, slowest ATI/nVidia) can't be replaced nor upgraded, because they are integrated in the chipset chip. Newer Intel's CPUs have additional GPU - upgrading CPU means also upgrading GPU. Many of separate graphics chip are still soldered to Motherboard - sometimes its barely possible to replace it with better, but with lot of cash in a service and poor warranty.
