Cuz lines in Chinese are usually longer and boring... And if you see english version of lets say "Drunken Fist" you will see that they are mouthing some of the words... In chineese it's 20x words... But in english version it's 2x (and even when english dubber stops talking) the character in movie goes on...

The 4 word proverbs that are part of everyday language in chinese have entire stories behind them. And do not trust 'Drunken Fist', its just a mediocre translating job. The chinese may say 'Hello, lets go to burger king and grab some lunch. What do you say?' and the translation might just say 'hi, lets eat.' Sometimes they leave out entire sections in translating small films.

Sure, I'll try. Hmm..maybe it's not really that impressive. It's like ventriloquism, he's talking without moving his lips. So, he'll mouth a sentence and then, when he's done mouthing it, he'll say it with his lips together. So, it sounds like it's off-sync audio, but it's just him separating his voice from his actions. I just thought ventriloquism was a huge talent...another huge talent he's showing is his ability to un-co-ordinate his body and his voice. Hope I helped?
