When I first saw the video for this song, it was in a hotel room in Long Beach, Cali...I cried like a baby, and fell in love with the video as one of my favorites. I later bought the "The making of" series (Don't cry, November Rain and Estranged) and watched them until the tape almost fell apart! I went to this concert last weekend, but because of the crowd, I left as soon as "Paradise City" had finished.

I wish I had hung around a little longer...gomennasai, Axl (I'm sorry, Axl).

Apparently it was hard on AXL due to the death of Shannon Hoon. Some reports say he cried. AXL said he would never play it again, but we are all glad he reconsidered. I think he conquered a few demons in Japan.
