This was the real X MEN series that followed the comics and was never being made just to earn money like X MEN EVOLUTION series was made ,although my friend and many other people never agree with me that X MEN EVOLUTION doesn't show respect and justice to the original X MEN ,but i still do hats off to the original X MEN OF 80-90's

other than the original batman cartoon series, this series was just amazing. great character development and it wasn't dumbed down for young kids. Xmen movies are alright, with the first two being pretty good. After the first two as somebody said, it kind of went downhill. for me the biggest surprise was batman beyond and samurai jack. didn't think those two series would be good.

This series was just phenomenal. I sure wish they could have gone some more seasons. I love the remakes, different series and other movies. I am a Die Hard Fan of Any thing X men.It's Facinating--Heros endowed with supernatural powers to overcome oppressive evil antagonists. Those awesome abilities, kick ass fighting moves, clashing personalities. So interesting to see how their superpowers effect one another. Each character is unique and extraordinary, and when combined with a team- Formidable!

This June I watched 2 episodes of this on Disney XD when I couldn't get to sleep as I went jogging earlier on in the evening lol. I watched the one where Professor X had this dream thing about his ancestors & the one where Wolverine goes to Japan to find peace with himself. I found both episodes very relaxing, then went back to bed & slept like a baby :-)

This series should be applauded. It was everything the movies never were. It never disgraced the franchise. The story lines were ones straight out of the comics. All the characters were depicted accurately right from the outfits to the fact that it showed that storm had claustrophobia lol. The voice acting was perfect to the point where these voices,for me,ARE the voices of the characters. It featured so many characters that the movie neglected. And rogue actually goes out with gambit.

@dfeas10 whoo whoo his powers weren't shitty he could convert kinetic energy and control it to explode things the only thing he decided to us small items and if you think about it a pack of cards that's like 52 bombs lol. Plus he had good combat skills with good agility and his hypnotic charm. Basically he had loads of style but wasn't really shown. Go Gambit!

yeah, but you know what they say - something is for many things, that means it's for nothing. I like Gambit, but Wolverine is better - self-healing + adamantium + claws + personality. Gambit mainly had a personality. But this two mutants I've remembered best from this series. And I don't put an equal mark, between power and "to like or not' some character. If I do, I'd be a fan of Omega level mutant.
