(continued) back of the arm, a sensetive area, it did sting pretty bad, but only for like 10-20 sec then it just faded away. I also got shot from 2 inches away in the back of the thigh, also a rly sensetive area, by my teammate.. numbnuts.. lol but yeah it stung for like half a min I'd say.. then I forgot about it. There's too much fun to be had in paintball to be scared of getting shot, so just go out and have a blast!!!

yes, it hurts, but not much, and you will forget about it soon, because you will have FUN!

I suggest that you just dress to your discretion based on the weather, humidity, temperture etc. etc.. I was nervous too my 1st time out, DO NOT BE AFRAID!! if your afraid you're more timid, and therefore less functional, and therefore more likely to get shot. I'm not saying charge in to try to subcontiously ignore the fact that you're timid your first time out, just have fun!!! if you do get shot, it will sting.. depending on the range only for a few sec tho. yes, Apex barrel makes a difference! even Mike from TechPB says that you just need to have Apex for woodsball...

with my apex, i eliminated one player at 285 feat! try that with normal barrel....

Hey Borg first off id like to thank you for answering my other question. I know you use a A-5 but i have an X7 and i was wondering if the standard apex barrel fits the X7 with its standard shroud. I looked online first and theres like controversy over it so i dont know. I bought the apex literally 3 minutes ago, i want it eather way but it would be nice if it fit the shroud cause i bought a foregrip to and it would suck if i couldnt use both at the same time. sorry, since i don't have X7 i don't have way to know will it fit, but once you have apex, you can buy different barrels, that you can mount your apex tip on, is the stock apex barrel don't fit with your shroud...

Just want to let you know i haven't played in a long while(many many years), after a night of youtubing and watching almost all your vids i went out and picked up an A5. I got my friends/co-workers back into it too. i was looking at a flatline but i guess i should go with an APEX? Let me know what you think. Also, any other necessary mods I need for it?

yes, i had Flatline for years, but since i got Apex, i don't use it any more... so get Apex...
