3:01. i remember that race.. everyone was blaming jeff gordon for wrecking dale sr. its wasnt jeff fault. u see dale sr got tight and went hit the wall before jeff even touch dale sr. also jeff went won the race daytona 500.

That is Bill Elliot at Atlanta in 1994. His windshield was struck by debris from a car that wrecked into the wall in front of him.

I'm pretty sure it was Atlanta 1995. Puralator 500, Jeremy Mayfield was driving the car.

They did announce the Texas debut during the race though.
