  • I've only done this for a week and I can already tell a difference. This is unbelievable and I'm doing it twice a day now. There needs to be a part II!! Thanks so much for posting this for everyone to use!

  • When I first start to do this exercise, it was a bit hard to Not stop during the video. But now I enjoy it :).

  • I just realized that SparkPeople has a youtube account, and ... well, of course, I had to try a few. I just did the 10 Minute Kickboxing Cardio, the 10 Minute Hips & Thighs work-out, and now this, and wow ... that was pretty intense. I'm looking forward to using these videos! Especially in the winter when I can't run, haha. :) Thank you!

  • I would like to thank you Nicole, 5 weeks after delivery I started this program, doing it every day + the 8min abs.. with a newborn this 6 minutes and 8 minutes is really the maximum time what I can have for workout a day, but I already fit in some of my old jeans ;-) and all this within 2 weeks, without special diet..

  • This is a great workout. I have done this video every other day for the last 6 months and have noticed a great difference! :) Although I love this workout, I am getting a bit bored with the same routine... will there be a butt blasting 2 vid anytime soon?

    good day! just wanna ask, i've been doing this work out bout couple of months (but not regular) i mean like for a week im doing about 3days and so on..

    just wanna say thanks for this, it's a big help. making my butt firmer though, but my question is.. everytime i do this my butt becomes big then after like the whole day, i can feel it becomes smaller again..

    what can i do for cooling down to maintain the "bigness or firmness"?

  • if i go for a 20 minute jog/speed walk before this, then do this. 3-4 nights a week aswell as squash one day a week, will this give me a good body, if im already thin enough, just not toned?

  • @SUPERCOOLWILLOW67 Nope. We're not overloading our muscles with progressively heavier resistance, which is how muscle is built.

  • It's true! Your shoulders are working (isometrically) to support your body the entire time, so they should have felt a little something. ;-)

  • Ladies...for those of you worried about your butt getting bigger from this have nothing to fear. It's actually quite the opposite in that it will tighten and tone giving you a nice firm butt(Fergie-like). But(no pun) for those who want a little more size to you butt while keeping it tight and toned can learn how to do squats w/ weight at the gym as well as leg press! That will give you the "Jessica Biel" butt so to speak!

  • Well since it builds muscle, it will be bigger and nicely curved. If you are already thin it will be round and tight, if you are in the process of losing fat when that fat comes off, you'll have that tight booty.

  • This workout should lift and tone your butt. If you want more muscle in your butt for a bigger butt you should try leg presses, lunges, squats etc with weights :)
