Did it for me as well yocuzz100. That and "Hot For Teacher" and many Billy Cobham tunes got me playing double bass and making them groove and cruise...

This is the dude I have to thank for improving my technique for the double bass which goes way back to 1984's "The Introduction" by the Steve Morse Band. Track 1 "Cruise Missile" is what did it for me! Thanks Rodster!

i agreed this guy is like the scientist of drums, he can create and do anything on the drum set that just makes you go ok my mind together with my limbs cannot do that combination.

i bought this book when i was taking lessons, and now that i have time to really practice, i use it after hand warm ups, to get the body warmed up
