As for being "out of key", a work is created in the form the artist chooses. It can't be "out of key" if specifically composed in a manner that intentionally utilizes a range the artist wants. Mistakes are "out of key", purposeful creation isn't. You may as well go complain about every jazz track ever recorded, it would be as nonsensical and pointless.

But one thing they all have in common is they all are mostly dissonant styles of music.
