It's a 32 inch Bravia HDTV yeah. The only thing you can easily change to fix lag is the Delay option at the settings menu. (exists in 12th style and up)
I dunno if djdao has purple leds, I mean his lights are kinda customized so he'd have to get some special ones from wherever he gets em from. At least... that's what I think...

No, they don't.
You can go to bemaniasc . com to check yourself, but they have no purple.
I'm sure he could custom order for you, though.

You can adjust the friction of it. Inside is a piece of cloth, take of the top and you can replace this with something thicker or thinner.
