wow...you look great. i had my surgery 08/11/08, i am 6 1/2 wks post op. with a 51 pound loss. just recently started going to the gym. i was just wondering how long do you work out at the gym? i seem to only be lossing 2 to 3 pounds a wk and also was wondering if there is a way to speed it up? i'd like to lose 40 pounds by christmas. so if you have any tricks please let me know...thanks

At 6 weeks post-op i was allowed to start liftinf weights so I got a trainer to create a workout with cardio and weight machines and I just kept doing it 3-4 times a week. Really helped!!! my work out took an hour, 30 mins cardio, 30 mins weights

insurance comapny is not as important as who it is through, I have blue cross blue shield but GE is the company it is through and GE is generous
