No Badgers are not endangered, in the uk however there is a government debate on a Cull as they are being blamed for the spread of TB in cattle, the may be endangered in the UK after that, also people are killing them for sport, illegally.
Yup when I was in england i heard about that, and was quite disgusted with that thought. It will not solve the problem I'm afraid... so it is a needless and heartless act.
