@ihatesaskue Just for your info, this is an Heritage 535, made by Heritage Guitar in Kalamazoo, great guitars, the Epiphone Casino, which is a very good guitar, is based on the same design, but not in the same price range though... unless you buy the John Lennon Revolution reissue, which was 2,999$

@freddy8486 It's A blues, and it does follow the 12 (or I-IV-V) bar blues form, so you could use minor over the whole thing. However, the major pentatonic will work over the I (or A, in this case) chord.

I think guitarluver1000 probably has a problem even playing the radio. HAAAAAHAHAHAHAhahahahaha!!! About 90% of what I've learned on the guitar in the past 9 months has been from YOU Marty! And I can't thank you enough. I play electric, and many of your (the correct "your" :) ) lessons are on the acoustic, and that's no big deal. Matter of fact, I'm getting an acoustic this week. @yopatao Hey man. Obviously I'm nowhere near as good as Marty, but I've been playing for a year now and I can do this ok. The process usually starts out by figuring out the key of the song, then sort of figuring out the notes as you go. After you've played for a while and your ear training gets better, it'll be easier. If you focus on ear training a lot, which I did, you can get it. I figured out the melodies and stuff to Billie Jean by ear. I think Marty should do a Billie Jean cover. ; )
