It's not only the fastest card at a given time which is considered high-end, alot of cards is considered high-end, and prior to the time, 9600m was one of those.

@SpectrobeMaster5 You can maximum make 8 or 10 playable characters, and as i recall it you were able to buy a few more slots for real dollars. But you can make as many costumes as you want to and save them, i even stored some on my USB. Also note that you ingame can change your characters costume, by unlocking slots. (And as i recall again you could also by some of those slots for dollars) (Greedy Cryptic).

@Floaker 8 character slots are more than enough. But if not, you get one bonus slot when a character gets lvl 40. Plus you can have 4 costumes slots too for each character also given on level ups. And you can still save and load costumes whenever you please. The "greedy" option is there for the inpatient and rich. You basically never have to use it and still be fine with what you have.

And Champs is going free to play.
