Y'know I had this really cool dream about Nintendo after playing wii sports resort. I dreamt that Nintendo tried Virtual reality another time. I dreamt that they made a game that was similiar to the sims or animal crossing. except, It was just life on Wuhu island. Anyway, In my dream, they made a wii sports resort 2 with an option to live on the island, WITH an option to use a reality helmet to see a 1st person view from your mii and... Should I continue explaining more of my dream? Sorta weird.

i think there should be a freeplay mode, where you playing as the mii of your choice, can explore wuhu island on foot. it would be like the giant hud worlds on lego indy 2 and you can enter a plane to explore in a free version of island flyover, one without a time limit. you can take a ferry to wedge island, and you can chat with other people playing the same mode using Wii speak via one of the hotels on the island acting as wifi plazas.

I believe In Wii Fit Plus you can explore the island on a bike or a segway. Not quite the same as what you're suggesting, but it's as close as we'll probably get.

that would be REALLY nice but remember this was meant as sport of a "test/release" game for the wiii motion plus and meant to be a party game

Unfortunately not, if there was I'd probably play that mode more than Island Flyover.

There should be an online version of the Fly Over, where people can shoot others down, and talk to others over wii speak.

You could try the Dogfight mode, but it's a far cry from an online mode, maybe it'll happen one day.

i have this game i got it the day it came out i love it. I still cant find all 80 info points though :( i found all the basic ones and some hard ones.

If you choose Island Flyover on Night and set off a flare (with the 1 button), another flare will appear near Miguel's Tour Plane (which is moving), if you manage to get near his tour plane, an info point appears.

There are also lots of info points on Wedge Island, which is very far away from the main island.

You can also get in from the top, but it's very difficult that way.
