Yes Yes - you are intelligent, multilingual inventive, hard working and who knows what else - Alexander you are a terrible teacher. The worst thing about buying your product - is trying to learn how to use it. Your instructions are incomplete, unintelligible and and frustrating to watch. Your PDF manual is no better. You need to present your product from beginning to end - and have some one who has a better command of the English Language present the tutorial.

Wow. I have no idea what he's talking about. That has got to be one of the worst tutorials I have ever seen. I have the feeling that his products are really good, especially for the price, but he needs help explaining how to work them. What's the first feature? Combining? Can't I just cipy and paste to do that? It must be more that that but you can't tell from this. Then he's talking about remove tokens without explaining what tokens are. I was having trouble with his manual but this is worse
