GTA 4 was okay but I think it deserves being near the bottom of the list. Aside from better graphics and the better targeting system if falls very short of San Andreas. The cut scenes are way too long and you have to spend too much time doing the same old mini games with friends. They also took out most of the R3missions, the ability to mod cars, get tattoos and the best vehicle in the game the Rhino tank. I hope the next GTA is more like SA and less like IV.
