Hi there, if you get a chance, please look at our channel and video about a project we are involved in with children who were originally orphaned and abandoned in Kibera. Just click on the username. Thanks for reading.
Kibera stop crying for the world to help you, first denounce your politician of i dont know how many decades then make demands to have all the promises fulfilled, you enrich him with your votes and non fullfilled promises,,,wake up
Well done Andy. Just got back from a brief visit to Kibera ourselves - your video captures the place really well. Thanks for posting this, and for the work you've obviously done out there.
Why doesn't someone send this to Oprah or Madonna. Get this kid on Oprah TV show. Call attention to what is happening there. Two years since this video was posted. What has happened to the boy?
i watched this and i thought: how many of those kids actually had soemthing to eat before going off to school? This is so sad. Someday, I hope that I can help make a difference.
Hey, a guy in my school district filmed this, and we all watched it during one of our classes- now we're raising money for Saint Charles. It's cool that someone posted it on YouTube. Don't you just want to hug the kid who's walking to school??
Thank you Andy anman7787. Very touching. Peeps if all who view this could donate just 10 bucks what a change we could make just "Imagine, its easy if you try".
I know someone who is currently a volunteer at kibera at a different school and after seeing your video, i think i have a glimpse of what life is like for her and the millions of people in the second largest slum in Africa. Thank you for making such a moving video and using this video to impact the people that watch it so they can do something to help.
i visited kibera a couple of months ago, and i had allready forgotten how bad it is. thank you for reminding me. i really needed to watch this. its easy to forgett how lucky we are.
I really could not hold back the tears, watching this. Thank you so much. It really makes me thankful for all that I have. I am doing a report on Kibera so I've learned a lot about the community and the conditions these people have to live through. It makes me angry that the Kenyan government is ignoring them. I wish I could adopt one of those poor children.
Go on for Kibera and other forgotten kids who have to fight for every day into slums. It´s a greatfull Vid with important background - nobody who´ve seen can igonre it realy ... It´s no problem to spend tears for it but it would be a problem to spend no minute for thinking about what is necessary to do!
way to go, it is great to help out others in need

Also, this reminded me of the poverty in the rural areas of Kenya. We mustn't forget that either.

This ABSOLUTELY broke my heart. I am still trying to get myself into a position that enables me to help.
Poor little guy. The odds are stacked against him! There are too many like him.
