@jtrophy hahaha actually when i filmed this, i got 3 rolls in a row of 1 and 1...i make my clients do 2 of whatever exercise we're doing even if they do roll snake eyes

@rkj1978 Thanks...if you use an mp3 player while you're working out you can also use the track number (usually 1-20) set on shuffle to do the same thing.

Pull ups and push ups are the core of my workout, only I usually do the push ups with my feet up on the bench, so I guess that would be... recline pushups? Decline push ups? I don't know. I usually use have my hands on a pair of dumbbells on the floor so I can go deeper, which focuses more on the chest and less on the triceps. I think. :-)

@sdarms111 yep, contrary to popular belief partials are much better for both your shoulders and your body. they are actually harder to do...think about it, on any extension, when fully extended, you take pressure off the muscle and put it on the joint...partial anything adds resistance to the desire muscle you're working. (why so many ex-bench-pressers have shoulder pain)

anyways, at the moment im doing 3 sets of chin-ups. it seems to be working, since all im rolling are high numbers >_<
