Any one could tell me Xylo E8 they say 7.7lac. here, but in Tamilnadu on the road price is 9.3 lacs how come so much difference all these are road tax?

It's a mistake i guess.  E8 is around 8.2, fully loaded E8 with ABS and airbags is around 8.4 with tax will reach 9.2-9.3 on road.
