When I was in Japan I loved it, it was like a breath of fresh air being away from all the problems I had living in the states. One thing I like the about Japan was people were very nice and u can live your life without worrying about someone all in ya business or tryin to rob u, hell, the cops don't even harrass u.

My experience has been that if one shows a genuine respect and effort to learn the culture people respond positively. Japanese people are nice I lived in Japan for 4 years and had no problems with Japanese people. I have also been to China, Chinese people are very proud, rude and racist. Chinese do not really like foreigners especially black people.

@MrSivram28 --im black and live in china. you are completely wrong. ive gotten more attention than all of my white coworkers (english teachers) i am by far more popular even they acknowledge it, we've come to the conclusion that its because im exotic, they're interested. white people get a bad rap for cockiness. you need to stop generalizing a country with 1.3 billion people. i came here thinking id be hated and was shocked at how welcomed i was. fuck i even catch cabs faster than the locals.

This black dude is overweight and needs to brush up on his English. I know a number of black Canadians that have travelled and taught abroad. They don't have the same complaints as black americans it seems.

In my experience, black Americans (as in black people from America) always seem to be the ones who are obsessed with race. I have black friends who have never even mustered the word "black." Just take all of these "black men in *insert country name*" videos. People whom are fixated about race, keep bantering on about race, race, race, race... then go on further to state It's others who are racist... hmm.

@SunStridar we have a different look on things, there were laws in america against black people. my brother was born when blacks didn't have a right to vote so we look at things differently than other blacks around the world

Your comment is without merit.. Blacks in america are obsessed with race because they should be. They feel the impact everyday! Those other countries you are talking about didn't enslave black people for centuries, Black people only represent a very very small percentage of the population so its insignificant. They are no large black areas or complicated racial issues...in other words race is not issue cause it never was. The dynamics in the US are entirely different.

Well, I agree. You won't experience the kind of racism you may experience in the states. But there is a different kind of racism here in Japan against all people that are not Japanese. And you also made a good point about traveling outside the US. Not everyone thinks and acts like Americans and it's good to be exposed to that.

@assmonkeyification That question is too much of a generaliziation. The question should be "Do some Japanese women love some black men?" Nobody loves everybody of a particular race and why does it need to be love? Like isn't good enough? Or is it just that black men are in a funky quest to find people that are outside of their race that can love them?

I think its great for GS350JPN to show life outside of new media on how Japanese women feel about black men. You hear so much negativity about how Black people are being portrayed.

@knowntothose I plan to move there one day. Living in Japan would open new opportunities and learning from a different culture. I have studied basic Japanese that I learned from a student friend. Japanese book I own is called "Teach yourself Japanese". It was recommended by laoshu505000, he explains the understanding of how to lear a language. I will be making more videos on this topic.
