this is MUGEN, a customizable fighting game where you can put in your own characters, stages, and menu interfaces. Reuben was one of the top character creators for the game in his day before his tragic death and has only recently been surpassed by the likes of Phantom of the Server. Dragon Claw, his unique creation, was perhaps one of his best partly because it seems to have even influenced Tatsunoko vs. Capcom's combo system (See one of Ryu's best super combos for an example)

Good video Luis. It is sad the most we can offer is a tribute video for his awesome creations. I thought about making one, but for sure it wouldnt do him any justice. Let us remember the person he was rather than simply a great mugen creator and musician. I wish his family and friends comfort and strength during this difficult trial. I can only imagine the pain of losing a loved one, which is something we must all go through at some point in life...
