That's an early 2000's model Civic Si. The new one would easily beat a base crossfire. Then again the SRT6 would beat about any Honda production car. The JDM NSX-R would be a good run, depending on who's SRT6 you use. Since the motor is hand built they're not really consistent and can vary almost a half second in the quarter, ranging from the high 12's to low 13's.
