Okay so here it is, let me enlighten you all!

What hurts the most show the GF loosing her BF in a car accident, she was pregnant(trowing up + holding her belly in the pickup truck box) In this sequel all of them are a bit older. The little boy passed away few years back and now her dad passes away. Some wonder who the little girl is; it's that same girl remembering(flash backs) times with her dad. Now she lost both her son & dad.

Overall both are awesome songs & videos.

From the looks of it, her son died a long time ago, and her father passed recently, you can pretty much get this from her father asking her son what its (why would he ask if the son didn't go there first?) And again when she asks her father to tell her son she misses him, because she knows hes going to him.
