@hampstersh UM the lines represent strings e being the bottom E being the top, the numbers represent the frets, so just play the notes in order :) then when you move on to the next part ofthe song, move to the next part of the TAB, the order to be played is at the bottm of the page :)

@lovesugarland It's a little confusing, but you pluck the top note you're fingering first, then the bottom two at once, it's kind of confusing, sorry if this doesn't help.

@SailorEchosong no it def helps...its just a matter of doing it. im having a little trouble plucking the two botton strings at once. its just gonna be intense to try and play the whole thing. so its always pluck the one top string then the rest at once?

@lovesugarland Yes, but except when she strums all of them at once, if it's not already obvious, and a little advice if you're having trouble, I'm a beginner at the guitar and am terrible at it, but while I'm just learning the fingers, I play just the middle note, instead of the bottom two at once.

I think the chords on your tabs are wrong for the chorus... The open G string sounds TERRIBLE when played :-/ on the tabs it says 5760xx Help please?

numbers on the string mean which fingers go on what fret.

so if there is a 1 on the top string, put a finger on the first fret, likewise 0 means play the string open

X means dont play it.
