  • Charlie is so great. Such a smart, nice and honest guy. I did an interview with him too a while ago.

  • this guy seems so down... even with all that money

  • there's something on his nose

  • you worry about picking a company to invest in. Then you realize that titans of intelligence have already picked them for you... makes you wanna just invest in everything in Berk's portfolio. But you know, you will never learn unless you comb through those annual reports and find the value yourself. The process is better than the proceeds.

  • Elizabeth Warren, champion of wise restraints.

  • I can listen to Munger all day long. One of the most intelligent men you'll find anywhere.

  • Charlie is so much smarter than Warren, but Warren is better for PR - Charlie says what he thinks, all the time :)))

  • I like to listen to guys like Charly Munger and Warren Buffet. I could not agree more with them and they have proven, they know what they are talking about

  • Man I hope a lot of you are just trolling.

  • An overrated prick, and dull.

  • Buffet and his little toadie Munger launders drug money -

  • Wall Street rewards locker room culture.

This sentence can easily summarize my 12 years working on Wall Street.

  • Charlie the Great! I wish I had even fraction of his intellingence.

  • @scarnaby your an ass

  • is this what you call a human being?

  • die old man

  • @marniespeaks why would you say that

  • @82snowball

    he's destroying people's lives

    enough

  • @marniespeaks how is he destroying peoples lives. I don't think you know what your talking about

  • @82snowball

you'll just have to suck it up and find out

  • @marniespeaks I knew you were speaking out of your ass, don't bother making stupid factless comments about people you don't even understand. Charlie Munger has done alot more for the people of the USA and the the people of the world than just about 99% of the people who walk this earth.

  • @82snowball

you're an American you knwo how to suck it up

  • @marniespeaks No, I am Australian.

  • @82snowball

well maybe when the Australian economy crashes he can come down there and tell you all to suck it up after you pay him to tell you that

  • @marniespeaks atleast he doesn't sugar coat everything, The truth is if you handle your own affairs well. crashes and recessions will work in your favour.

  • @82snowball

yes let's see the truth now that more and more people are boycotting coke and Wells Fargo has to stop the foreclosures.

the man makes money off of human misery - he launders drug money.

He's 87 here's to his quick death and his impending meeting with Satan.

Until then you can bring him down under, maybe he will prevent a Hitler in your nation and then make slave of you all.

take this ponzi slime guttersnipe piece of puke

    please.

  • @marniespeaks I see that you are the type of person who likes to blame the world rather than blame them selves. It's quite a comfortable set of beliefs, no one is suffering because of berkshire hathaway. Berkshire was one of the first companies to start investing money into the system in the darkest days of the crash when everyone else was trying to pull out, this alone would have spared some misery. They also refused to invest in the mania leading up which ment the fall was not as high.

  • @82snowball

next time you get robbed or your wife gets raped we'll blame you for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Munger's wealth comes from drug money and dirty deals - you must be as morally bankrupt as he is

  • @marniespeaks If you mean drug money as in the selling of soda and candy bars then yes, his money comes from drug money.

For the record you are an idiot, go and sit by yourself and think up conspiricy theories to entertain yourself.

  • @82snowball

wrong, Walls Fargo was laundering Mexican cartel drug money for years.

  • @marniespeaks did somebody say crazy conspiricy theory. Even if this were true. (which it is not) if charlie knew he would end. Look it is just to easy to make money legally in this world.

  • @82snowball

    google it moron

  • look moron you are so stupid and uninformed it was in the WSJ and Bloomberg

Stop drooling over an old man's money you perv

  • @marniespeaks I have my own money so I don't need to drool over charlies hard earned.

  • @marniespeaks You know nothing about Charlie Munger. I have studied his life in meticulous detail and I can find only one slightly contentious issue in his history. It regarded cross holdings of Berkshire, Blue Chip Stamps and Diversified retailing. Him and Buffett were investigated by the SEC and cleared of wrong doing. If you are going to make wild claims at least cite some examples. Otherwise, stop making yourself look like an idiot.

  • @zebbedi

    Munger is a terrorist

  • @marniespeaks Then that makes you Osama.

  • @zebbedi no, it's makes you stupid - this guys a crook

  • @marniespeaks You're making unsubstantiated claims with absolutely no evidence. In fact, you can't even cite ONE example of his supposed 'crookery'. People like you are a waste of space, you're IQ is low but your emotion is high and that makes you dangerous.

  • @zebbedi

HA! a truther who loves buffet

    up the meds

  • @marniespeaks I'm not a truther. You need to stop making claims without facts.

  • @82snowball They refused to invest in the tech industry at all. They were not part of the bubble, they only felt the residual effect.

  • Always a pleasure to listen to Charlie Munger, he is amazing!

  • DISCOVERED in the 21st century: The Underlying Law of Nature

The underlying law of nature may be the world's most useful, profitable and encouraging knowledge.

The top 3 General Characteristics of The underlying law of nature are:

#1. The Way of All Things

#2. The Basis of All Laws and Principles

#3. The Basis of All Health, Growth, Efficacy and Efficiency

    Google it–as a start.

The empirical process for identifying the underlying law of nature was discovered in 2008.

    Someday we all may

  • him n warren both are a treasure of knowledge and wisdom...if all of us and including our so called leaders learn anything from their ethics and honesty i think this world would have been a way better place then it is now.....

  • lulz, he said equanimity

  • Success leaves footprints. there is a library of books on how they were successful and yet millions will try and make money on penny stocks or trade with Cramer.

  • haha "it's too simple - what would they do the rest of the semester?"

  • I guess he was referring to the repeal of the Glass-Steagall act when he said the regulators went too far in financial deregulation; and that he was referring to the George Bush administration when he talked of idiots taking control.

  • Good advice

  • I liked the heroin analogy.

  • get the fucking bubble off the screen it's annoying dickhead

  • is that bubble going to be there for the whole video?

  • a monumental person

  • @Berlitz777

    He's a TRUE DECENT LEGEND!!!!!!!!

  • He's only charlie munger one of the only people to be accepted into harvard law school with no undergraduate degree and graduated with honors, he also ran one of the most succesful investment partnerships with an average return of well over 20 percent over a period of more than 10 years and is the vice chairmen of the most successful investment and holdings companies berkshire hathaway.

  • Maybe idiot was a strong word, but I've never heard of this man.

  • @leemack87 Elizabeth Warren, champion of wise restraints.

  • Incredibly smart.

  • Charlie is talking about some on the fundamental concepts in Benjamin Graham's The Intelligent Investor. If you are a Buffet/Munger fan who hasn't read his book but it today.

  • Benjamin Graham did a study and over 100 years the Dow crashed 19 times (almost twice every decade). Then the Dow recoperated every time. The trick is to invest big when the market crashes. Warren bought COP, NRG, GE and WFC in 2009 after a two year crash.

  • I have nothing to add.

  • Charlie for President!

  • Great interview! Thanks for posting.

  • I could listen to Charlie all day!!!!

  • Amazing!

I love listening to Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett
