@chauty i would wear it with neutral colors. Black, white, gray, etc. In my personal opinion, I think wearing blue clothes AND blue eye shadow together would be a bit too much.

when i first started doing eyeshadow colors other than neutrals...it was a turquoise blue. and ever since then i've been in love with blue shadows. one commenter mentioned that blue eyeshadows look great on brown skinned women. i totally agree!!! so i absolutely love this look!

i believe that anyone can wear any color they want. You just have to play with different shades and blending to find what works for you.

Excellent Job!!! Blue is just one of those colors that can go oh so wrong very easily but you have mastered its usage! I love blue but can never get it just right. I will definately use the tut! Thanks ;0)

I totally agree. I hate the whole "i can't wear blue" or "colors don't show up on me" thing, its so annoying! If you use cheap makeup, or you don't use a primer, duh, its not gonna show up! But its not because we're WOC. I am so tired of girls saying that!

I actually don't feel comfortable giving advice about summer makeup since I didn't wear lots of makeup previous to last year, so I don't have any real experience with to-do's and not-to -do's for summer. And as far as colors go, I don't follow any rules or trends. I wear whatever color I want, whenever I want, and I would just suggest the same for everyone else. Sorry if thats not what you were looking for.

i have a question about eyeliner. i just purchased a liquid eyeliner by maybelline and i hate it. i really want a matte looking eyeliner (like the one you use). the one i have is pretty shiney(no glitter). so what are the different types of eyeliner avaliable , how to use them, what look will you achieve? etc. this could make a good video. im just so clueless when it comes to make-up. thanks!
