Sounds like the kind of guild I would want to be a part of. They do things properly with out gimmicks sabway, dway and perma are for loosers with out playing ability pure and simple.

Actually no believe it or not. As a general rule in NM PvE my party offloads enough damage not to need an interupt :D

And if I am going as an interupter I'll usually take BHA to make interupting spells even easier.
