thx for your response man. finally found the answer: LOCALHOST... lol. nowhere on any help vid or post have I seen this, but finally found out you have to put "localhost" into the ip address bar after you have added your world name under server properties. This step was a killer. (My head hurts!!) thx again

after I do all the steps, how do I get ANY named server to show up on the multiplayer list? I get a blank screen with NO name of ANY server. I've checked to see that my ports are open and all the cmd steps all seem fine......

@traneamaro Omg dude. You have to add the server yourself on the multiplayer list. Its not that the server are going to get in range with you. Just click Add Server and put the IP and invent a name. Then you connect to it

Mine is TP-Link and when i try Forwarding in that tab it says port triggering an all that and it says add new then i do and it says... Service port, Ip Address, Protocol, Status, then common service port... What do i do??????!
