The official had good position on it to see whether he got a foot down in bounds or not. You can see him coming straight up the sideline from the end zone to mark the spot. The voters picked the champion in 1994 as was the established and agreed upon method for picking a champion. Both the AP and Coaches agreed, Nebraska was the NC. In the '82 game it appears the refs were deciding who the champion should be.

Penn State screwed twice in final drive pre-replay days against Mich in 2005. Lost on last play and finished 11-1.

Nebraska is filled with lots of rich traditions and many great players. Dude Im just messing around with you. Im an Iowa fan, yeah..but I respect nebraska..I just like to get there diehard fans going sometimes.. the only time I ever cheer against you is when your playing an iowa team, I have a lot of respect for nebraska. And yes, you are historically better then Iowa I'l admit that. But here and now, in the last 7 or 8 years Iowa would have beaten you. Next few years that may change, NE is back
