Apparently, the home audience agreed that it wasn't the best talent in the show, as they didn't make it to the finals. Even so, I expect that their career took off after this. There have been several acts who moved from "dives" to the big stage because of exposure on BGT.

It's just too bad that my father isn't alive to see these girls--he would have loved them!

Kaalec is right. Check out the Andrews Sisters and other girl acts of the 1940s-early 1950s. it should be obvious that's the era they're emulating--the costumes, the makeup & hair, the dancers--it's pure WWII-era swing.
