I once downloaded "Team America" the movie in a crapy sound and video version. But I watched that movie over 10 times till i was able to see it in dvd quality. It felt not the same ... the old crapy version was "my" version that I loved ... and that was burned into my head, every time I watched it over and over.

Agreed, this version is nice .. but it doesn't have that raw guitar energy anymore.. it just sounds like a keyboard.

I think we got so used to hearing this song as low quality audio recorded from a camera microphone, that we hear something very different when its mastered audio directly from the source.

We hear some little things that we never heard before (or things he added), or we find there are perhaps some things missing that we thought we there but weren't (or were removed). The tones sound different, the beats, etc.

I still love his new album though, im jammin it in my car everyday :D

This might be my fav tune in the world but i will still listen to the other version, the guitar isnt raw enough. And the beat is messed up. still nice but not what i expected. <3 4 RJs music.
