dude I'm from heyworth and that kid a douche and this was EXTREMELY exaggurated though he did get a black eye frow being pushed into a locker during a fight that he was pwned in cause he wasa pussy and he didn't deserve that

I'm pretty sure that the victim's mother addressed the board at a time that they were not allowed to speak. Anyways you should hear some of the things that the victim says; he isn't the innocent child portrayed here for sure.

the sad thing is that the student who was assulted was suspended because he punched the other kid, atleast they follow school policies

Very sad. I feel bad for the victim and the parents. The mother was very brave for facing that panel of heartless stone faces. Sounds like the kid doing the abuse should go to jail, instead of a 5 day school suspension! Where are the police in all of this? We're talking attempted rape here(trying to stick the end of a toilet plunger up another kids' rectum . . . what a sicko pervert) No wonder the victim fought back! Out of curiosity, is this a public or private school?
