Shoot, I'd say the canadians were WAY ahead of us 20-25 years back, as far as public service spots go. They actually had the nuts to use the word "homosexual" (0:13) in a PSA back in the late-80's. Growing up here in the states 20-25 years back, I don't remember hearing that word in any of the PSA's CONSTANTLY played on our networks. I suppose that was thanks to the neo-conservative weed-whackjobs (a.k.a the Reagan/Bush administrations) afraid one little word would make kids turn the corner. Lol
