it is under construction, there is a class for that at almost ever show, also i think the truck is bagged, therefore there is probably some framework done and they wanted to show that off. and, on top of that, if you have seen any other vehicles that has came out of Little Shop Of Horrors, you would know they are good. Ive seen a few and they are very immaculate.
