Do not worry at all. In our life time we will not see anything close to Deng Li Jun.

I am suscribed to HKships4TeresaTeng2 channel.

Many of those videos have the English translation.

English translation: Last night I dreamed that my spirit was flying free, How troubled is my heart ! Where should I look for this dream As I hear birds calling everywhere. N.B. The original song has another verse before this one. In this vd clip, Teresa only sings the 2nd verse & repeats it 3 times.

  • If anyone knows from what Teresa Teng died from, please click on my name and send me a message letting me know ,

    thank you

    John

  • Hello John, Sadly she died of a severe asthma attack while in Taiwan.

  • march149,

She was on vacation in Thailand when she passed away.

  • she died (apparently) from some sort of asthma attack whilst on holiday (can't remember where)..

    she was only 40 something..

  • Well, I knew that Teresa had some heart problem also since childhood, asthma and heart problem killed her.

She was the best chinese singer.

  • I know what you say, George. You have been lucky to have known her talents all these years. And thanks to your efforts to spread Teresa's music around the world, it is working. When people watch these videos, I's sure they think of you, also, for your efforts.

  • Right, she does have a beautiful voice!!!

  • @Nevastroyka Please read the English translation I just posted.

Indeed, Teresa is the eternal vocal goddess. Jan 29, 1953 is her birthdate. As Lunar New Year's day falls on Feb 3 this year, it's good time for her fans to celebrate both! I'm sure her Chinese fans

will play some of her seasonal New Year songs for their celebrations!

Hello, I'm from Monterrey City Mexico and I'm fan of this great singer.

  • my favourite singer of all time.. so many timeless classics.. so many of my favourite melodies..

Teresas songs/voice will go for all time..

  • Teresa is immortal. Her songs will survive the test of time.

  • yes i felt blessed to hear her voice and sad to knew that she is not with us ,but i love her Hugs from Brazil to y'all and peace ^_^ and thanks for the video too lol

  • I love her voice, she was a marvelous singer, I am glad to know her, but is late, because she was gone, I like this song, thank you to upload her remembered presence, Regards from Chile.

  • This how music should be ,no 1 sings like her,i'm so sad when i hear she die in 95

  • so sad....missing her so much.

  • Love her songs! She is the best.

  • Sweet, soft voice and excellent Tango music mood. It´s my unforgetable song of Teresa.

  • Agree with you,hkship

  • who sing the original version of this song

  • Imagine if Teresa was 25 today in the era of Youtube and all of the concerts she could do in China and the USA.

Today's medicine could go a long way towards treating her Asthma.

  • I agree, Adam. I was in the East area in the late 60's and early 70's and missed the connection with her. I have recently discovered her through the videos that hkship and stunningnuts provided on you tube which had introduced me to her. If we only had this technology back then---

    david.

  • "A billion claps". If not because China was poor and not good at copyright stuff at the time, she could have easily sold over a billion records in a short time!

  • thks for sharing. miss her so much. time pass so fast, can't believe teresa already passed away for almost 12 years.
