I-980 East And CA 24 East, Oakland To Walnut Creek, Caldecott Tunnel Footage

Missed this vid for too long, but great! My fav parts were the stack interchange between I-980 and I-580, and the Caldecott Tunnel was also great to see. This remix of Paparazzi works great with this vid, too. The last part of CA 24 that you drove on, vaguely reminds me of Georgia 400 in Atlanta(but feels like a more attractive version), for whatever reason.

Is the construction of the 4th bore that you mentioned that would be funded with Stimulus money, finished and open to traffic yet?

This stretch of freeway is one of the most beautiful and one of my favourite urban freeways in the Bay Area. That beginning stretch of 980 going through Downtown Oakland is just an eye-sooth... if more urban freeways are this green....
