Die Antares 20E, besonders aber die 18s/t sind meiner Meinung nach die derzeit besten erhältichen Flugzeuge ihrer Klasse.

I know someone who bought one of these i quote from him "buying this was a mistake" i just thought id add it incase anyone wanted an opinion

According to him you dont get much for the money....

Performance from the Aircraft is not much beter than anything else on the market.

The engine performance is terrible and the batteries in the wings need to be replaced quite often and it costs a lot.

Someday most private aviation will be in aircraft like these. Avgas is way too expensive, leglislative requirements get tighter all the time, and anyone with a conscience surely has to admit that efficiency is the only way they can justify a leisure pursuit that's so energy-intensive.

As a prospective flyer, a microlight would have been my choice (as someone who wants to be able to take off under my own power) but seeing this makes me realise what total sense powered gliders make.
