Harkonnen. Using the 'l' in translation is bad engrish, like "Arucard". The gun is explicitly named after Siridar-Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, from Frank Herbert's novel "Dune", and Alucard is explicitly defined as "Dracula" spelt backwards. It really irritates me when some anime/manga fanboy/fangirl gets anal about the spelling of a translation, when their translator of choice uses novel re-translations of already translated words/phrases. If you can't translate a name consistently...
...then you are probably not consistently translating the rest of it. If you translate an english phrase/term to japanes, and then back again, and you get engrish then YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. This holds true for other languages too. Inconsistent translation of the bible for example, has caused some very bloody wars. For this reason, it is prohibited in islam to translate the koran (you can only get "study guides" in other languages), which in my opinion is the only smart thing about islam.
