omg, i've replayed that jump in the air where they fall on one knee a thousand times and i still don't get it !!!! how do you fall like that safely, without hurting the knee? can anybody tell me? amazing girls, amazing !

@theedancerr404 soooo im not in this daqnce but ive done a lot of jumps like that in classes. its really about the control of your jump. you dont necesarilly have to think about jumping onto the knee but more of the shin and foot. and the jump has to be much lighter and controlled than a usual jump. a lot of times it just comes from trial and error. start with a smaller jump and when you get the technigue of it it'll be easier to jump from a higher distance.
