Superbly done. The shading doesn't suck, in fact it's pretty good for someone who is new to shading. If you want a tip with shading though, think of it this way...

There is shading/shadows on both sides of any drawing. If the light hits the subject (which is whatever you draw) from the right, then the shading on the right will be thinner than the shading on the left, and visa versa, but remember, there is ALWAYS shading on both sides of the drawing. Hope that helped :)

Awesome job, I honestly never thought to load a paint template the way you did. One of the frustrations of paint is never getting the right color shading, they're too extreme in the middle range but that can solve so many problems by having a template of skin shades. Good tip.
