  • nice but is the mvidia 8600gt compatible with physx

  • @Vladut199 yes, but it would work better as a dedicated physx card coupled with a higher end GTX 260 or above

  • Where can I donwload stuff like this?

  • I know this is an old vid by now, but are there any tutorials on how to make this type of thing in the Unreal Engine 3?

  • low gravity?

  • Unreal Tournament 3

  • ok guys, a really stupid question, but i need to be sure:

do i need to download physx(after having a geforce 8k+, of course -.-'), or does it come with the drivers themselves?

    thanks

  • idk

  • It comes with forceware drivers, but you can also dowload it separately.

  • thanks

  • Comes with latest drivers. ;D

  • if u haven't updated install the latest updates for ur grafic card then yeah

  • It comes with the drivers

  • Ooh. Little bit of lag on the triple shot though.

  • laaaag :D

  • Wow that's an awesome gun concept. Where can i download? XD

  • It's from Unreal Tournament 3.

  • Concept?... You do know this is in Unreal Tournament 3 right?

  • I do now >.>

  • D: where can i download it ._____.

  • Если это не CPU-only, то это - УГ.

  • physics of that caliber take lots of processing power to do. gamers are like women... never satisfied...

  • i agree

  • @blueshogun96 this is true

  • i am impressed, the fps drop is not the software's fault, its the hardware, u just gotta have a good gpu and there will be no frame rate drops. dumbshits lol

  • This is just showing what will be possible. Of course they need to increase efficiency for it to be usable in an actual game.

  • one tip of you going to be "show casing" Tech then put it on a good system. this makes it look like trash

  • lots of framerate drops, not impressed

  • sugeee!

  • WTF? :) I Love that!

  • wow i see some low FPS..

  • mac compatible?

    free?

    laggy?

  • You gotta love PhysX!

  • No, just no. Shut up.

  • More info to come

  • @nvidiacuda framerate sucks and why's shit disappearing? lolol cant handle it?

  • @bigmonkeyman44 Those were some highly computationally expensive physics even for the GPU back then and the technology was relatively new. Try learning some game PhysX programming yourself and maybe you won't complain but instead appreciate the difficulty of physics in general.

  • @blueshogun96 nah ageia is just a shitty physics api havok is better

  • @bigmonkeyman44 Dude, NVIDIA bought Ageia a long time ago, so technically, they don't exist anymore, lol. I haven't tried Havok, but I didn't like it when Halo 2 used it. You're probably right, but I have yet to compare both myself.

  • any more info ?
