@perkelenice If you have Console cheats (Options, Keyboard/Mouse) You go into a campaign, press the ~ or ` button to enable the console.(I suggest looking for cheats cause I only have the first Left4Dead). When you have the cheats and you type them in the console. You can play as the infected team! Hope this helps!
