I have that same laptop, but mine is Gateway ( I am assuming that is what Packard Bell is in the states).

@MIN3CRAFTGAM3R Packard Bell is a subsidary of Acer. Gateway is also a subsidary of Acer. Just like cars, it can be the same one, just marketed with a different brand.
