I eat typically habanero peppers with everything but i think im developing allergies to peppers now. If i eat peppers my skin itches and occasionally get hives. The fresh Trinidad Scorpion Chilli measured 1,463,700 Scoville units so hottest chilli in the world. You can make hotter sauces than the fresh chillies if you like by adding extracts. Derived from chillies but very concentrated and distilled to create more heat artificially We only use fresh chillies because the flavour is 10 times better... if you like it extremely artificially hot/ there are plenty of products out there for you.... not us we refuse to use and prefer fresh chillies!

The girls and Marcel didn’t have that much... compared to others and indeed it is a sauce so it has less heat than the actual chilli: when cooking chillies you have to add water and other ingredients... otherwise you burn the chillies. So product: 58% Trinidad Scorpion chillies less hot than actual fresh chillies.

I met these guys at the EASTER SHOW 2011. Their AA chilli sauce is HELL HOT however it needs to add more thicker sauce for dipping.

The trinidad scorpion can rate form 800,000 to 1,000,000 and the ghost pepper can go hotter then 1,000,000

The Butch-T Strain of Trinidad Scorpion was tested at 1,463,700 SHU.

Ghost Pepper (aka, Bhut Jolokia, Record holder until Naga Viper showed up) was tested at a maximum of 1,041,427 SHU.

Naga Viper was tested to have 1,382,118 SHU.

That being said, Ghost pepper isn't even close at this point.

Genuinely curious here - I have seen many recorded incidents of people trying Ghost Chilis extract and it literally looked like they were dying from the moment it touched their tongues, enough so that I would never even consider giving them a go. If this is so much hotter than the ghost chilis why are these folks able to take a near-full spoons worth in relative stride? Tolerance or is the sauce watered down or ____??
