  • Congrats on the new job....serving will keep you pretty active :) A nice little side bonus to the paycheck and all and a big contrast to a sit down bookkeeping job. Glad you had a good time away! :)

  • I think I ONLY record when I am tired and rambling, lol.

  • NO POPTARTS! You can get some organic granola bars, or a whole wheat english muffin with organic peanut butter. Even instant oatmeal is better and add honey. Poptarts have no nutritional value. They would make me so tired 2 hours after! You have lost a wonderful amount of weight so far. As for running. Walk really fast b/w classes or jog. I know we don't want to sweat but if it helps reach your goal! I chase my dogs at night :)

  • I do weight watchers online right now and it is $30 every 3 months. I also felt that it was too expensive to go to meetings. But if calorie counting works for you, that is what is best.
