@sailorbasket - it's not really "conflict", just friendly rivalry ^_^ And yeah, kind of because of the rivalry between Ed and Roy - Vic/Travis, and the Rangers/Skirts all tease each other, but there's no real malice in it (and if someone does say something genuinely nasty, their own "side" comes down on them for it - there's a huge amount of stress in both groups about it staying friendly and respectful. It really is just for fun XD)
